The mirco nation of Nealtopia welcomes all. The fledgling nation is governed by its parliament, funkadelic. It has three main regions; Nealorado, Nealofornia, and Nealstanbul.

Citizenship can be obtained in two ways.
1)Be named Neal and prove that you are named Neal by presenting your beard to the Commodore of the Royal Nealtopian Navy.
2)Non-Neals can formally apply for naturalized citizenship. You can visit the Nealtopian Memorial flag pole or apply here.
